When you prepay for 5 treatments upfront, you receive a 20% discount as part of a ‘buy 4, get 5’ promotion. All 5 treatments, including the complimentary one, must adhere to the same service protocol, duration, and value.

By purchasing a Treatment series, you acknowledge that you are getting a discounted rate that is not available if you pay for individual treatments afterward. Treatment series cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Payment for the Treatment series must be made in full before your first treatment session. Please note that all prepaid Treatment series expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law but will not be given for changes of mind.

You may be eligible for an exchange or refund of a product or service if it meets the following criteria: it is faulty, significantly unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe, poses a safety risk, or substantially differs from its description or sample.

Treatment series are non-transferable and cannot be used by different individuals. Our standard cancellation policy applies, requiring at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
