  1. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to find parking and complete your client consultation card.
  2. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, as we strive to accommodate all scheduled appointments.

  1. If you wish to book our couples room, please inform us at the time of booking. This service is not automatically included.
  1. Summer Elisabeth Day Spa is pleased to offer customized gift certificates. For more information, kindly consult our Spa Host.
  2. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 3 years from the date of purchase.
  3. When making a booking, please provide your voucher number and present the voucher upon arrival.
  4. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
  1. A 50% deposit is required upon making a booking for all full-priced services. Discounted Packages require full payment at the time of reservation.
  2. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. We do not offer refunds for prepaid treatments.

  1. Children are not permitted at the spa unless they are receiving a treatment.
  2. The minimum age for spa treatments is 5 years old.
  3. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment.
  4. For children under the age of 5, written approval from management must be obtained at the time of booking.
  1. If your package includes sauna access or if you would like to add this service, please bring your swimsuit. It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit at all times in the sauna for the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests.
  1. Jubilee Avenue Car Park, located at 2-4 Jubilee Avenue in Broadbeach (Basement level 1 under the Qube building), offers parking facilities for $15 per day.
  2. Simply collect a ticket upon entering the car park and pay the fee when exiting.
  1. The Broadbeach North tram stop is approximately a 90-second walk away from our shop entrance, providing convenient public transport access.
  1. If you are having trouble locating our spa, please enter “2 Jubilee Avenue Broadbeach QLD 4218” into your GPS. We are situated opposite that address. The Phoenician is a large resort, and this method will guide you closer to our shop front.
  1. Membership cancellation requires a 30-day advance written notification.
  2. The minimum term for membership is three (3) months, which cannot be canceled.

  1. The locals card is not valid for use between December 20th and January 15th.
  2. The locals card cannot be used to purchase or access spa packages.
  1. If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, please notify us via email at reception@summerelisabethdayspa.com at least 8 hours in advance of your appointment. Our team will assist you accordingly.
  2. Failure to provide the required notice or lack of evidence may result in the forfeiture of your appointment.
  1. Vaccination is not a requirement for attending Summer Elisabeth Day Spa.
  1. If a refund is applicable, we will inform you via email and process the return once we have received the item.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
  3. If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  4. The terms and conditions outlined above are an integral part of every sale. Summer Elisabeth Day Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  1. Summer Elisabeth Day Spa aims to ship products ordered through our online store within 48 hours of payment, excluding public holidays.
  2. We are not liable for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
  3. Transit times may vary, and we recommend allowing 5-10 days for your order to arrive.
  4. Currently, we ship nationally to all Australian states and postcodes serviced by Australia Post and Sendle.
